Brave Cat
Digital

Vishnya Home, a website designed and developed by Brave Cat Digital, was selected by Orpetron as one of its Top 10 Elementor websites leading design trends.

The project was placed at number six in Orpetron’s international selection, alongside websites from agencies and studios around the world.

For us, the recognition matters because Vishnya was never designed around a trend or an award.

It was designed around the brand.

About Vishnya Home

Vishnya Home is a Serbian furniture restoration studio focused on giving vintage pieces a new life.

The business restores classic furniture while preserving the character that made each piece worth keeping in the first place.

That gave the website a clear creative direction.

It needed to feel refined without becoming sterile, contemporary without losing the connection to older furniture, and visually distinctive without distracting from the work itself.

Designing around the furniture

The furniture needed to remain the strongest visual element on the website.

Rather than surrounding it with a complicated interface, we used typography, spacing, composition and movement to create an environment where the photography could do most of the work.

The design combines large imagery with restrained layouts and strong typography.

The goal was not to make every section different.

It was to establish a visual system that felt consistent with the character of the furniture and the way Vishnya presents its work.

That distinction matters.

A website for restored vintage furniture should not feel interchangeable with a SaaS startup, construction company or ecommerce template.

The design needs to belong to the business using it.

Using motion without taking over the page

Vishnya also gave us room to use animation as part of the experience.

Motion was used to make transitions feel more deliberate and to give the site a more tactile quality without turning navigation into an obstacle.

Good website animation should support the design rather than compete with it.

The user should still be able to understand the page, find the content and move through the website naturally.

That balance is important on visually driven projects.

Too little movement can make an expressive design feel static.

Too much can make the website exhausting to use.

Built with WordPress and Elementor

The website was built on WordPress using Elementor.

Elementor is sometimes associated with template-driven websites, but the tool itself does not determine whether a website looks generic.

The result depends on the design system, development work and decisions made around the builder.

A flexible visual builder can still be used to create a highly customized website when the layout, styling, responsive behavior and interaction design are treated as part of a complete system.

That was the approach with Vishnya.

Elementor provided the editing environment while the visual direction remained specific to the brand.

Responsive design was part of the project from the start

A visually ambitious desktop design only works if the experience survives on smaller screens.

The layout, typography, image crops, spacing and interactions were adapted for different screen sizes rather than simply reduced until they fit.

This is especially important for image-heavy websites.

Photography that works in a wide desktop composition may need a completely different crop on a phone.

Large typography needs to scale without losing hierarchy.

Animations need to remain useful without getting in the way of scrolling or touch interaction.

Responsive design is not the final step of a website project.

It is part of the design itself.

Why the Orpetron recognition matters

Orpetron selected Vishnya Home for its list of ten Elementor websites leading design trends.

The selection included work from multiple countries and studios, with Vishnya Home listed as a Brave Cat Digital project from Serbia.

Recognition from a design platform is not the reason a website is successful.

A website still has to work for the business and the people using it.

But external recognition provides useful confirmation that the visual and technical decisions behind a project can stand on their own outside the context in which they were created.

For a small studio, that means something.

Elementor does not have to look like Elementor

One reason we particularly like this recognition is the category itself.

A large number of WordPress websites are built with Elementor.

Many of them look similar because they rely on the same templates, patterns and default behaviors.

That does not have to be the case.

A page builder is a tool.

It can be used to assemble a generic website quickly, or it can be used as part of a custom design and development process.

The important questions are still the same:

The technology should support those decisions, not define them.

Recognition is useful. The work matters more.

We are proud that Vishnya Home was included in Orpetron’s Top 10 Elementor selection.

But the part of the project we value most is still the website itself.

It represents the kind of work we want Brave Cat Digital to be known for: custom design, careful development and enough restraint to let the client’s brand remain the focus.

Awards, features and rankings are useful signals.

They are not the objective.

The objective is to build websites worth recognizing in the first place.
